Additional Notes

  • These parameters are technical indicators under the equipment's standard working conditions. Actual operation shall be adjusted according to the construction environment and the matching degree of the excavator's hydraulic system. Over-pressure and over-flow operation are strictly prohibited to prevent hydraulic pipeline rupture and damage to the core components of the equipment.
  • Fully inspect the tightness of the equipment's connecting bolts and the sealing performance of hydraulic pipelines and seals before operation. Stop the machine immediately for maintenance if looseness or leakage is found, and start operation only after troubleshooting.
  • Keep the equipment perpendicular to the working surface at a 90° angle during crushing operation. Avoid continuous striking at a single point for more than 30 seconds, and stop striking first when moving the operation point to prevent excessive chisel wear and abnormal overheating of hydraulic oil.
  • Dry striking of the breaker, using the chisel as a crowbar to pry heavy objects, and hoisting operations with the breaker are strictly prohibited to prevent deformation, fracture and other damages to the breaker body, chisel and connecting bracket.
