Additional Notes

  • Please confirm that the SB52 seal kit you are using is specifically designed for the SB52 breaker model. Do not interchange parts with the HB5G series or other compatible models, as their dimensional tolerances vary significantly, which may lead to installation gaps or hydraulic leakage.
  • Strictly adhere to the rated parameters: Working Pressure 100-150 bar and Oil Flow 12-27 L/min. Prolonged operation beyond these ranges will accelerate wear on the seal components and significantly reduce the service life of the breaker.
  • The SB52 is designed for standard industrial environments. If you are operating in extreme cold (below -20°C) or high temperature (above 60°C) conditions, please select a corresponding high/low temperature resistance sealant kit to avoid hardening or softening failure of the sealing material.
  • After replacing the seals or performing maintenance, conduct a no-load operation test first. Check for any signs of oil leakage around the cylinder and ensure the impact frequency is stable. If abnormal noise or pressure drop occurs, stop the machine immediately for re-inspection.
