Additional Notes

  • This breaker is exclusively compatible with 10-17 ton excavators. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause hydraulic mismatch, leading to reduced working efficiency and even permanent damage to internal components.
  • Strictly maintain the operating pressure at 120-170 bar and oil flow at 80-120 L/min. Exceeding the specified range will accelerate wear of hydraulic parts and lower the impact performance of the breaker.
  • Only use original working tools with 105 mm diameter and 520 mm working length. Non-standard or modified tools will affect impact force transmission and increase the risk of equipment failure during operation.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 122 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional hearing protection equipment during the entire working process to avoid noise-induced hearing damage.
