Additional Notes

  • Strictly match the hydraulic parameters of 20-25 ton excavators. Overpressure and excessive flow are prohibited to avoid overload damage and oil leakage of the main valve and seals.
  • Suitable for 20-25 ton medium excavators. Must be installed by professional technicians. Air in the pipelines must be completely exhausted before installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal components.
  • Avoid prolonged dry firing and side loading. Adjust frequency according to rock/concrete hardness to reduce abnormal wear and breakage of the chisel and piston, and extend the service life of core components.
  • Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, accumulator pressure and all sealing parts. For long-term storage, take proper measures for rust prevention, pressure relief and moisture protection to ensure stable equipment performance.
