This model features a heavy-duty hydraulic configuration. The oil flow and operating pressure must be matched in strict accordance with the reference parameters. The carrier must be equipped with an independent high-pressure hydraulic pump station and a hydraulic pressure stabilizing valve. Sharing the oil circuit with other hydraulic components is prohibited to avoid pressure drop caused by such sharing, which may lead to weak striking force of the hammer body and burnout of internal valve groups.
Maintain the nitrogen pressure stably at 1.2MPa, which is the exclusive pressure standard for TOKU 14-ton heavy-duty models. Inflating at the 0.8/1.1MPa standard of small/medium models is strictly prohibited. Residual gas in the hammer body must be exhausted before inflation; a pressure deviation of ±0.1MPa will directly damage the accumulator and piston assembly.
It is an exclusive heavy-duty box type design with a universal heavy-duty interface for 14-ton excavators. High-strength anti-seismic bolts must be used for installation and tightened with a torque wrench in accordance with original factory standards (recommended torque: 800-900N·m). An anti-seismic test must be conducted after installation to prevent safety accidents caused by the falling off of the hammer body during construction.
t is suitable for 14-20 ton heavy-duty excavators. During operation, the chisel must be completely perpendicular to the breaking surface and pressed tightly against it; half-pressed idling and oblique striking are strictly prohibited. For heavy rock breaking, the "spot breaking + layered breaking" method must be adopted, and a single continuous striking shall not exceed 30 seconds to avoid cylinder deformation caused by overheating of the hammer body.
The maintenance cycle must be greatly shortened in heavy-duty working scenarios. Check the chisel wear, bolt tightness and seal condition after every 4 hours of operation; replace the hydraulic oil circuit filter element and replenish special heavy-duty high-temperature grease after every 8 hours of operation; drain the hydraulic oil and do anti-rust treatment for the chisel and interface if the equipment is out of service for a long time.
