This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup is specially engineered for ETC TOR42 hydraulic rock breakers widely fitted on medium excavators and construction demolition machinery. It is the core energy storage sealing component, fully isolating nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, and matched with complete auxiliary sealing O-rings and gaskets for full breaker overhaul.
Adopted imported high-performance PPDI polyurethane composite material + reinforced FKM fluororubber auxiliary seals, the diaphragm cup features outstanding tear resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original ETC TOR42 OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, frequent pressure drop and short service life, and greatly extends continuous working hours of breakers under high-frequency heavy impact conditions.

All components pass 28.0MPa high pressure and millions of times high-frequency impact fatigue test. Effectively block nitrogen gas and hydraulic oil cross-leakage, maintain constant accumulator pressure, guarantee continuous stable striking power of the breaker, avoid weak crushing and frequent nitrogen refueling.
