This high-performance accumulator diaphragm repair kit is specially developed for OKADA UB3 mini hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with 1–3 ton small excavators and mini demolition machinery. The full set contains accumulator rubber diaphragm, oil-resistant seal cups, O-rings, gaskets and wear-resistant backup rings for complete breaker overhaul maintenance.
Adopting imported reinforced PU + FKM fluororubber composite material, the kit features outstanding shock resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, low temperature flexibility and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original OKADA UB3 OEM parts, solves common faults such as accumulator air leakage, insufficient impact force, nitrogen loss and hydraulic oil seepage, and extends the service life of the breaker under long-term high-frequency impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm adopts reinforced PU+FKM dual-layer composite structure, matched with high-performance fluororubber seal cups. Excellent oil corrosion resistance, anti-fatigue and anti-tearing performance, stable elastic performance under -30°C to 120°C wide temperature range.
All finished parts pass 23MPa high pressure and cyclic impact fatigue testing. Effectively stop nitrogen leakage and hydraulic oil permeation of accumulator, maintain stable breaker striking force and consistent demolition efficiency.
Integrates all sealing and wearing accessories needed for UB3 breaker full maintenance. Complete spare parts reduce repeated procurement and shorten on-site repair downtime, lowering equipment operating cost.
