This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup repair kit is specially developed for DAEMO DMB04 and DMB06 small hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on mini excavators, backhoes and small construction demolition equipment. The set includes integrated accumulator diaphragm, sealing gaskets, O-rings and auxiliary sealing accessories for full accumulator overhaul of DAEMO small breakers.
Adopted imported modified NBR and reinforced FKM composite rubber, the diaphragm cup owns outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature aging resistance. It perfectly replaces original DAEMO diaphragm spare parts, solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, diaphragm cracking and pressure attenuation, and greatly extends breaker service life under continuous high-frequency crushing operation.

Core diaphragm cup adopts high-toughness FKM modified nitrile rubber with fiber reinforcement layer. It resists hydraulic oil corrosion, high-frequency stretching fatigue and thermal aging, keeps stable elastic performance under -25°C ~ 120°C variable working environment.
All kits pass 16.5MPa long-term nitrogen pressure fatigue impact test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and nitrogen cavity, eliminate internal nitrogen leakage and pressure drop; maintain stable impact energy output, avoid breaker weak striking force and frequent nitrogen refilling.
Integrates all sealing consumables needed for accumulator full maintenance. One set covers diaphragm and matching auxiliary seals, saves separate part purchasing time, shortens on-site repair downtime and lowers equipment maintenance cost.
Every diaphragm kit undergoes dimensional inspection, air tightness test, high-frequency fatigue aging test and oil soaking test before delivery. Reaches OEM original factory standard, ensures long-term stable performance in harsh demolition working conditions.
