This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm and seal cup repair kit is custom-made for Furukawa HB8G and F4 series hydraulic rock breakers. It integrates dedicated accumulator rubber diaphragms, high-pressure seal cups, O-rings, dust seals, buffer rings and backup rings for full breaker overhaul maintenance.

Core diaphragm and seal cup adopt imported HNBR+FKM dual composite rubber, matched with wear-resistant PU leather cups and reinforced backup rings. Resists hydraulic oil corrosion, nitrogen aging and frequent high-frequency impact deformation, stable performance under -30°C to 115°C variable temperature environments.
All components pass strict 32MPa high-pressure air tightness fatigue testing. The thickened accumulator diaphragm maintains complete isolation of nitrogen and hydraulic oil, effectively preventing internal air mixing, weak impact and breaker power drop caused by diaphragm rupture or seal cup leakage.
Contains every sealing component required for full disassembly overhaul of HB8G/F4 breakers, including accumulator diaphragm, front cylinder seal cups, dust rings, buffer seals and all matching O-rings. One set covers all repair needs, shortens on-site maintenance time and reduces equipment downtime costs.
