This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm cup repair kit is specially developed for D&A 100V and D&A 131V hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched to medium-sized excavator demolition hammers for construction, mining and municipal engineering. The full set includes main diaphragm cup, auxiliary O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for complete accumulator overhaul.
Adopted imported high-performance HNBR and PPDI polyurethane composite materials, the kit delivers outstanding high-pressure resistance, oil resistance, low-temperature flexibility and anti-tear performance. It perfectly replaces original D&A accumulator sealing parts, solves typical failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, rapid pressure drop and diaphragm cracking, and greatly extends breaker service life under long-time high-frequency impact working conditions.

Maintains stable elasticity under -35°C to 135°C wide temperature range, no hardening or permanent deformation after long high-frequency vibration.
All components pass strict 125MPa ultra-high pressure fatigue impact test. Effectively isolates hydraulic oil and nitrogen in accumulator, eliminates internal & external air/oil leakage, restores full breaker impact force and consistent striking frequency, avoids machine power attenuation during continuous operation.
Contains all sealing consumables needed for accumulator full maintenance. Integrated matching accessories save spare parts sorting time during on-site repair, shorten equipment downtime and reduce overall maintenance cost of construction machinery.
