This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup assembly is specially developed for D&A series hydraulic rock breakers including 200V, 201V, 220V, 221V, 2300 models, widely fitted on excavator demolition hammers, mining and construction breaking equipment. The set contains integrated energy storage diaphragm, piston cup, auxiliary sealing rings and positioning gaskets for full accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported modified HNBR & reinforced PPDI composite rubber, the parts deliver outstanding oil resistance, high temperature stability and ultra-high fatigue resistance under frequent high-frequency impact cycles. It perfectly replaces original D&A breaker rubber parts, solves typical failures like nitrogen leakage, impact power drop, breaker overheating and weak striking force, greatly extending the service life of breaker accumulators under continuous heavy-load crushing work.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt high-performance modified HNBR and PPDI composite rubber with special vulcanization molding. Anti-aging, hydraulic oil corrosion resistant, excellent rebound elasticity, stable performance between -30°C and 150°C high-temperature working environment.
All components pass strict 18.0MPa high-pressure nitrogen sealing and millions of cyclic stretching fatigue tests. Thoroughly isolates hydraulic oil and high-pressure nitrogen, eliminates internal gas-oil mixing leakage, maintains stable breaker impact energy and consistent striking force for long-hour continuous operation.
Comes with all diaphragm, piston cup and matching sealing fittings required for full accumulator maintenance. Integrated spare parts reduce secondary part procurement and shorten on-site breaker repair downtime, lowering overall equipment operation and maintenance costs.
