Additional Notes

  • Strictly control the working flow at 220-300L/min and operating pressure at 15.0-18.0MPa, only suitable for 50-65 ton large excavators. Overpressure and overflow operation are strictly prohibited to avoid overload damage to core components like pistons and cylinders, which may cause equipment failure.  
  • Installation must be performed by a professional team to ensure sealed and leak-free pipeline connections; After installation, the air in the pipeline must be completely exhausted to prevent cavitation damage to internal precision parts and ensure long-term stable operation without abnormal noise and power attenuation.
  • Features enhanced anti-dry fire design. Prohibit dry firing, side loading and prying heavy objects. Switch between normal and high speed modes according to material hardness to reduce abnormal wear of chisel and bushing. The cylinder bushing can be replaced separately to reduce maintenance costs and extend the service life of the equipment.
  • Lubricate the chisel before daily operation, regularly check hydraulic oil cleanliness, seal integrity and accumulator pressure. For long-term storage, depressurize, rustproof and store in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent component corrosion and seal aging failure.
