  • Ensure the 190 mm tool is locked firmly and all connecting bolts are fastened to the specified torque. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of hydraulic pipelines, joints and waterproof sealing components before each operation, especially for underwater work; replace damaged seals in time to prevent oil leakage and water ingress into the internal system.
  • Strictly abide by the minimum flange-mounted working weight requirement of 4750 kg and prohibit no-load dry firing under any circumstances. Avoid long-term continuous high-intensity breaking on hard rock or reinforced concrete; stop the machine immediately to check for faults if abnormal noise, vibration or pressure fluctuation occurs during operation.
  • Clean the hammer body, tool and hydraulic interfaces thoroughly after operation, and apply anti-rust oil to metal parts to prevent corrosion. Regularly inspect the wear of the 190 mm tool and internal hydraulic components, replace worn parts with original accessories in a timely manner. For long-term storage, seal all hydraulic ports to prevent dust and impurities from entering, and store the hammer in a dry, ventilated and rainproof environment.
