This premium accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially developed for AJCE F-series hydraulic rock breakers AJCE 250F and 280F, widely installed on medium-sized excavators for demolition, rock crushing and mining works. It includes complete nitrogen isolation diaphragm, integral piston cup, auxiliary O-rings and gaskets for full accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported high-performance modified NBR and reinforced FKM fluororubber, the kit features outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, wide temperature adaptability and anti-aging performance. It perfectly replaces original AJCE rubber parts, solves typical failures including nitrogen leakage, impact force drop, breaker overheating and pressure instability, and greatly extends the service life of breakers under long-term heavy impact operation.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt imported FKM rubber with reinforced fabric interlayer, effectively resist hydraulic oil corrosion, high-frequency stretching and repeated impact deformation. Stable elastic performance maintained from -30°C to 120°C, no hardening, cracking or permanent deformation under continuous working.
All parts pass strict 28MPa high-pressure fatigue cycle testing. Reliably isolate nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, eliminate internal nitrogen leakage and external oil seepage, keep consistent impact energy and avoid breaker power attenuation, overheating and frequent nitrogen refilling.
Contains all sealing consumables required for full accumulator maintenance of AJCE 250F/280F. Integrated diaphragm, piston cup and matching auxiliary seals are packed together, greatly shorten on-site repair time and reduce equipment maintenance cost and downtime loss.
Each batch of diaphragm and piston cup undergoes air tightness, high-pressure fatigue and thermal aging tests before delivery, fully meets AJCE original equipment manufacturing standards, ensuring long-term stable operation under harsh construction conditions.
