This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially developed for DAEMO DMB210, DMB230, DMB250 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium & large excavator demolition and mining machinery. The full set includes core energy storage diaphragm, piston cup, supporting O-rings, backup rings and auxiliary sealing gaskets for complete breaker accumulator overhaul.
Adopted imported high-performance HNBR & reinforced polyurethane composite material, the kit features outstanding fatigue resistance, nitrogen corrosion resistance, high-pressure stretch resistance and hydraulic oil aging resistance. It perfectly replaces original DAEMO rubber parts, solves common faults such as diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force and pressure attenuation, and greatly extends breaker service life under long-term high-frequency striking heavy load operation.
