This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm piston cup is custom engineered for TOYO TOYO650 hydraulic rock breakers, a core spare part for excavator demolition machinery. It serves as the isolation barrier between high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil inside the breaker accumulator, effectively absorbing impact pressure fluctuations.
Manufactured with imported high-strength modified polyurethane + reinforced NBR composite rubber, the part delivers outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, shock resistance and low-temperature flexibility. Core diaphragm adopts imported PU-NBR dual composite material with integral reinforcement molding. It resists hydraulic oil corrosion, anti-aging, and maintains stable elasticity under cycling high-frequency shock within -25°C to 115°C wide temperature range.
Every finished diaphragm undergoes 23.0MPa high-pressure air tightness and fatigue cycling tests. It completely isolates nitrogen and hydraulic oil, eliminates internal gas leakage, maintains consistent nitrogen energy storage, and ensures continuous powerful impact output of the breaker.
Comes with matched O-rings and auxiliary gaskets required for accumulator overhaul. One set covers all sealing parts for diaphragm replacement, shortens on-site maintenance time and reduces equipment downtime cost.
All piston cup diaphragms pass dimensional inspection, high-pressure air tightness, fatigue impact and aging durability tests before delivery, fully meets TOYO OEM quality standards, stable and reliable for long-term construction heavy-load use.
