  • This seal kit is engineered to fit the core sealing sections of the BLT215-6 22-ton class hydraulic breaker (piston cylinder, tool bushing, accumulator end cap), serving as a premium OEM-equivalent replacement component.
  • The material adopts a three-layer composite structure: the high-modulus polyurethane sealing lip withstands high-frequency impact loads, the FKM layer delivers exceptional high-temperature and oil resistance, and the metal skeleton ensures dimensional stability during heavy-duty operation, perfectly adapting to harsh mining and construction scenarios.
  • The pressure parameters have been validated through field testing on 20t-28t excavators, capable of enduring a peak instantaneous impact of 300 bar, meeting the demands of continuous crushing operations in quarries and large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • The sealing precision complies with ISO international standards, with a leakage rate controlled at ≤0.4ml/min, effectively eliminating hydraulic oil internal leakage that would lead to breaker idle strokes and power loss.
  • The mounting adapter plate must match the original BLT215-6 specifications. It is highly recommended to replace the supporting dust seal, wiper seal, and O-rings simultaneously during installation to maximize the service life of the entire sealing system.
  •  This seal kit is compatible with both standard and low-temperature hydraulic oils, ensuring reliable performance in extreme environmental conditions ranging from -20℃ to +150℃.
