Additional Notes

  • The rated operating pressure must strictly follow 16-18MPa; overpressure operation is strictly prohibited. The oil flow must be controlled within 120-150 L/min. Overpressure/overflow will accelerate seal aging and cracking, while insufficient flow easily causes seal dry friction and weak striking.
  • The seal kit is made of PU+PTFE+FKM+NBR composite material, suitable for heavy-duty operation scenarios with high temperature and heavy dust. After high-temperature operation, the equipment must be naturally cooled before shutdown to avoid seal deformation and failure due to thermal expansion and contraction.
  • It is recommended to inspect the seal condition every 600-1000 working hours. If cylinder oil seepage, dust seal wear, or buffer seal bulging is found, replace the entire seal kit immediately to prevent sand and impurities from entering the cylinder block and causing piston/chisel jamming.
  • Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder block and seals before installation, apply special hydraulic seal grease, ensure uniform assembly clearance, and avoid hard hammering on seal components to prevent lip damage that affects sealing performance.
