  • Strictly match the hydraulic system within the parameter range: Hydraulic oil pressure must be stabilized at 108-137 bar (110-140 kg/cm²), and flow rate controlled at 40-70 L/min. Overpressure/overflow will cause abnormal wear and even direct damage to core components such as the main valve and chisel; insufficient pressure/flow will result in reduced impact force and a significant drop in work efficiency.
  • The applicable excavator weight must be strictly controlled within the range of 4-7 tons. Excessive weight will cause overload and structural cracking of the breaker, while insufficient weight will fail to provide sufficient operational stability and affect the breaking effect.
  • The main valve is of built-in structure. Installation of hydraulic pipeline connection must be performed by professional personnel. Do not disassemble the main valve assembly without authorization to avoid hydraulic oil leakage, valve core jamming and other faults. During commissioning, first evacuate air from the pipeline, then gradually increase the pressure to the rated range.
  • This model has no accumulator design. Extra attention must be paid to the impact buffering of the hydraulic system during operation. Avoid long-term continuous high-frequency striking to prevent excessive hydraulic oil temperature and intensified pipeline vibration, which will affect the service life of the equipment.
