Additional Notes

  • Strictly control oil flow 135–180 L/min and pressure 14.7–17.7 MPa; only for 22–30 ton excavators. Overpressure/overflow is prohibited to avoid piston/cylinder damage.
  • Fully bleed air from hydraulic lines after installation to prevent cavitation damage to internal parts and ensure stable operation.
  • Standard anti-dry fire. Prohibit dry firing, side loading, prying. Switch frequency by material hardness to reduce chisel/bushing wear.
  •  Lubricate chisel daily; check oil cleanliness, seals and accumulator pressure regularly; store depressurized, rustproof and dry.
  • MKB1800V is a heavy-duty hydraulic breaker from Konan's V-series, designed for 22–30 ton excavators. It features a 145mm chisel, dual-frequency impact, built-in accumulator and anti-dry fire protection, ideal for mining, hard rock breaking and heavy demolition.
