Additional Notes

  • Ensure  the matched carrier weight is strictly within the 43-80 t allowable range, and the hydraulic system is calibrated to rated specs: oil flow 280.0-380.0 L/min, operating pressure 160-170 bar. Mismatched parameters will cause extreme impact imbalance, violent structural vibration, and irreversible damage to the breaker and carrier boom.
  • Use a hydraulic torque wrench to fasten the 190.00 mm tool to the breaker with factory-specified torque; conduct a full check of fixing components and the tool’s surface for wear, bending or cracking before each operation. Replace the tool immediately if any defect is found to prevent sudden breakage during high-load rock breaking.
  • Forbid no-load dry firing under all working conditions and keep the tool fully attached to the working surface when striking. Strictly control the impact rate within the rated range (370-530 bpm for long stroke, 450-620 bpm for short stroke); avoid continuous breaking on ultra-hard rock and stop the machine for cooling and inspection if abnormal noise or vibration occurs.
  • After operation, thoroughly clean the breaker body and tool to remove rock debris and dust, and seal all hydraulic high-pressure interfaces with dedicated protective caps to prevent impurity entry. Regularly inspect the integrity of high-pressure hydraulic hoses and joints, replace damaged seals/hoses in a timely manner, and use Sandvik-specified high-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil to maintain stable system pressure and oil cleanliness.
