Additional Notes

  • Ensure  the carrier's hydraulic flow is strictly within the 100-150 L/min rated range. Excessive flow will cause rapid overheating of the internal valve train and cylinder, leading to seal failure; insufficient flow will result in weak impact energy, reduced breaking efficiency, and increased idling wear.
  • Prior to operation, verify that the adapter plate is properly positioned and all fastening bolts are tightened to the specified torque. The 1328 kg total weight with the plate demands high installation rigidity; loose components can cause severe structural resonance and accidental detachment during high-intensity work.
  • Never actuate the breaker when the tool bit is not fully attached to the working surface. No-load striking imposes extreme stress on the piston, tool shank, and front head, which can cause plastic deformation of key parts and drastically shorten the service life.
  • Thoroughly clean the breaker body and tool to remove rock debris and dust after each operation. Inspect hydraulic joints for oil seepage and check the tool for wear, bending, or edge cracking. Replace worn or damaged parts immediately to prevent operational accidents and maintain system hygiene.
