Additional Notes

  • Ensure the mini excavator’s weight is strictly within the 3.2-8.0 t allowed range. Using an overlight or overweight carrier will cause unstable operation, excessive vibration, and accelerated wear of the breaker and excavator connection parts.
  • Fasten the 72.00 mm tool firmly to the breaker and check the tightness of the fixing parts before each operation. Timely replace the tool if there is obvious wear, bending or cracking to avoid breakage during work and safety hazards.
  • Prohibit no-load dry firing under any circumstances; keep the tool in close contact with the working surface when striking. Avoid long-term continuous operation to prevent overheating of the hydraulic system and internal components of the breaker.
  • Clean the breaker body and tool after each use to remove dust and debris; regularly check the hydraulic pipeline joints for oil leakage and tighten or replace damaged seals in time. Use hydraulic oil that meets Sandvik’s specifications and keep the oil clean to protect the breaker’s hydraulic components.
