Additional Notes

  • Ensure the matched carrier weight is within the specified range (mini excavator 5.8-13.0 t, skid steer 3.9-8.7 t), and the hydraulic system complies with rated specs: oil flow 50.0-150.0 L/min, operating pressure 100-140 bar. Mismatched data will cause unstable impact and accelerated wear of core components.
  • Lock the 90.00 mm tool firmly to the breaker and check the tightness of fixing parts before each operation. Replace the tool immediately if wear, bending or cracking is found to prevent loosening, breaking and potential safety hazards during work.
  • Prohibit no-load dry firing under all working conditions and keep the tool fully attached to the working surface when striking. Control the impact frequency within 500-1,700 bpm, avoid long-term continuous operation, and stop the machine for cooling if abnormal vibration or noise occurs.
  • Clean the breaker body and tool to remove dust and muck after operation, and prevent impurities from entering hydraulic interfaces. Regularly check hydraulic pipelines and joints for oil leakage, tighten or replace damaged seals in time, and use hydraulic oil meeting Sandvik specifications to keep the oil clean.
