Additional Notes

  •  Match 40–50 ton excavators, flow 220–280L/min, pressure 170–190bar. Over-spec and over-load use prohibited.
  • Professional installation. Fully bleed air from hydraulic circuit to prevent cavitation damage to piston, cylinder and other key components.
  •  No dry firing or side loading. Adjust flow by hardness of rock/concrete to extend chisel and piston life.
  • Regular oil change, accumulator nitrogen pressure check, bolt tightening, seal replacement. For long-term storage: anti-rust and hydraulic oil drain.
