Additional Notes

  • As a boom-mounted dedicated hammer, ensure the connection between the hammer and carrier boom is firmly locked, and the 135 mm tool is installed in place without looseness. For underwater operation, pre-check the integrity of all waterproof sealing components; verify the normal operation of central lubrication system before each use to avoid dry friction of moving parts.
  • Abide by the 1,670 kg minimum flange-mounted working weight requirement, strictly prohibit dry firing and long-term continuous impact on the same position of hard rock/reinforced concrete. Control the impact frequency within 450-750 bpm, and stop working immediately to inspect if abnormal noise, vibration or oil seepage occurs during high-intensity or underwater operation.
  • Maintain the central lubrication system regularly, check and replenish special lubricating oil on schedule to ensure continuous lubrication of moving parts. Clean the silenced structure and waterproof parts after operation, remove dust and sludge in time; inspect the wear of tool and internal seals regularly, replace worn parts in a timely manner. Store the hammer in a dry and ventilated indoor environment when not in use, and cover hydraulic ports to prevent impurity entry.
