This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially engineered for BRESTA BS530 and BS538 hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with 6–10 ton class excavators for demolition and mining construction work. The complete set includes accumulator diaphragm, piston cups, O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full breaker overhaul maintenance.
Manufactured with imported high-performance PPDI modified rubber and reinforced fiber lining, the kit delivers outstanding oil resistance, high-temperature stability and extreme fatigue resistance under frequent high-frequency impact cycles. It perfectly replaces original BRESTA sealing parts, solves typical faults including nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, breaker power drop and abnormal heating, and greatly extends the service life of hydraulic hammer under long-term heavy load operation.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt high-toughness PPDI vulcanized rubber with fiber reinforcement layer. Excellent anti-fatigue performance, resistant to hydraulic oil erosion, aging and cracking, stably operate within -35°C ~ 135°C wide temperature range for all-season construction.
All sealing components pass strict 130MPa high-frequency impact fatigue testing. Effectively isolate nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, eliminate internal & external gas/oil leakage, maintain constant impact energy and avoid breaker power attenuation during continuous crushing operation.
Integrates all sealing consumables needed for full accumulator and breaker maintenance. One set covers all worn sealing parts, shortens on-site repair time and reduces equipment downtime & overall maintenance cost.
