This heavy-duty accumulator leather cup and diaphragm assembly is specially developed for Etc. DNB50-HIGH hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on 5–8 ton excavators for construction demolition, rock crushing and mining operations. It integrates integrated leather cup and high-strength rubber diaphragm as one core energy storage sealing part, fully replacing original OEM spare parts.
Adopted imported reinforced PPDI composite rubber + high tensile leather composite material, the product features outstanding nitrogen isolation, high-frequency fatigue resistance, oil resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It effectively solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, weak impact force, frequent energy loss and diaphragm rupture, greatly extending continuous working hours of the breaker under heavy-duty high-frequency impact conditions.
