Control the hydraulic oil pressure (177–225 bar) and flow rate (250–300 l/min). Operation beyond the parameter range is strictly prohibited to prevent overload damage to core components such as the main valve and accumulator, and to avoid accelerated aging and oil leakage of seals caused by abnormal pressure and flow, ensuring stable operation of the hydraulic system.
This is an ultra-heavy duty breaker, suitable only for 40–50 ton excavators, and must be installed by professional technicians. Thoroughly vent air from hydraulic pipelines before installation to avoid cavitation damage to components. The nitrogen pressure of the accumulator must be set strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s standard and shall not be adjusted without permission.
Adjust the impact frequency (180–200 bpm) according to working conditions. Prolonged high-frequency continuous striking, idling and eccentric striking are strictly prohibited in hard rock heavy-duty operation, so as to prevent chisel fracture, abnormal cylinder wear and shorten the service life of the equipment due to overloading.
Regularly check the cleanliness of hydraulic oil, accumulator pressure and sealing performance of all sealing parts. Replace hydraulic oil and filter elements on schedule to prevent impurities from entering the hydraulic system. For long-term idling, release the accumulator pressure, apply anti-rust treatment to chisels and other parts, and store in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid rust damage.
