This high-performance accumulator diaphragm (breaker seal cup) is specially developed for Eddie EDT3000 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core energy storage sealing part of the nitrogen accumulator, matched with full set supporting O-rings, dust seals and backup rings for complete hammer overhaul maintenance.
Adopted imported modified PU + FKM fluororubber composite material, the diaphragm features outstanding impact fatigue resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It effectively solves common faults such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force and pressure attenuation, greatly extending the service life of EDT3000 breaker under long-term high-frequency impact heavy-duty operation.套套

Fully dimensional matching with original Eddie EDT3000 breaker accumulator, consistent with OEM part numbers EDT3000-DIA01 and HB-3000SP. No cutting, grinding or modification required for direct installation, perfectly fitting the accumulator inner cavity.
Core diaphragm adopts high-strength modified polyurethane, matched with FKM fluororubber auxiliary seals and reinforced PTFE backup rings. The material resists hydraulic oil corrosion, high-frequency impact fatigue and aging, maintaining stable elasticity within -35°C to 125°C extreme construction environment.
All parts pass 50MPa instantaneous impact pressure cycle fatigue test. Effectively prevent nitrogen leakage of accumulator, maintain stable nitrogen pre-charge pressure, eliminate weak striking, unstable frequency and pressure loss problems, keep consistent hammer output energy.
Integrates the core accumulator diaphragm and all matching sealing consumables required for full machine maintenance. Complete spare parts reduce secondary procurement, shorten on-site breaker repair time and lower overall equipment operation cost.
