Additional Notes

  • This breaker is only suitable for 10-17 ton excavators. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause hydraulic system mismatch, resulting in reduced working efficiency and even permanent damage to internal components.
  • Strictly maintain the operating pressure at 140-170 bar and oil flow at 80-120 L/min. Deviating from the specified range will accelerate wear of hydraulic parts and significantly lower the impact performance of the breaker.
  • Only use original working tools with 100 mm diameter and 510 mm working length. Non-standard or modified tools will disrupt the transmission of impact force and greatly increase the risk of equipment failure during operation.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 117 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional hearing protection equipment during the entire operation process to avoid noise-induced hearing damage.
