Additional Notes

  • This HB18G is a small-tonnage hydraulic breaker seal kit, not a large-tonnage rod pin/breaker accessory. It is a completely different product from the previously mentioned large-tonnage HB18G parts, so please confirm the product purpose carefully before selection.
  • This model is only compatible with 2.0-4.0 ton mini excavators. Using it on machines over 4.0 tons will result in insufficient striking force, accelerated component wear, or even equipment failure.
  • Rated operating pressure: 8-12 MPa; actual working pressure must not exceed 18 MPa. Overpressure operation will accelerate seal aging and cause oil leakage.Hydraulic flow must be controlled within 30-50 L/min. Too low flow reduces impact frequency, while too high flow increases wear on the cylinder and piston.
  • Inspect seal condition every 500-800 working hours. Replace the entire seal kit immediately if oil seepage, bulging, or wear is found to prevent single-point failures from spreading.
  • Ensure uniform assembly clearance during installation. Avoid hard hammering on the chisel or seal components to prevent deformation and reduced performance.
