Additional Notes

  • This breaker is exclusively built for 27-46 ton excavators. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause severe hydraulic system mismatch, leading to drastic drop in impact performance and permanent damage to internal structural components.
  • Strictly maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 170-220 L/min. Any deviation will accelerate wear of hydraulic precision parts, destabilize the breaker's operation and significantly shorten its service life.
  • Only apply original working tools with 155 mm diameter and 640 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will disrupt the stable transmission of heavy-duty impact force, and greatly raise the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or sudden failure during operation.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 121 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional and certified hearing protection devices throughout the entire construction process to prevent noise-induced hearing impairment.
