This high-performance accumulator diaphragm & seal cup is professionally developed for Furukawa HB2G and F1 hydraulic rock breakers. It serves as the core energy storage sealing part of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, effectively isolating hydraulic oil and nitrogen to stabilize impact power.
Manufactured with imported high-strength HNBR and reinforced fiber composite material, it boasts outstanding impact resistance, oil resistance, high & low temperature resistance and anti-fatigue performance. It perfectly replaces original Furukawa OEM diaphragms, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force and frequent pressure loss, and greatly extends the service life of breakers under long-cycle heavy impact operation.

Adopts imported HNBR rubber with internal fiber reinforcement layer, effectively resisting hydraulic oil corrosion, high-frequency impact fatigue and thermal aging. Stable elastic performance maintained within -30°C to 125°C working environment.
