This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (seal cup) is specially developed for FURUKAWA HB40G, F45, F46 hydraulic rock breakers. It acts as the core isolation component of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, completely separating high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil.
Manufactured with imported high-performance HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber with reinforced edge vulcanization, this diaphragm boasts outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, low-temperature toughness and anti-aging properties. It perfectly replaces original FURUKAWA OEM diaphragms, solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, weak impact force, unstable hammer output and frequent pressure drop, and greatly extends breaker service life under continuous heavy-load crushing operations.

All finished diaphragms pass 60MPa high-pressure air tightness and repeated fatigue cycle tests. Effectively blocks nitrogen escape and hydraulic oil infiltration, maintains constant accumulator energy storage efficiency, eliminates hammer weak blow and intermittent power loss issues.
Optimized arc dome structure design, withstands thousands of rapid stretch-rebound cycles per minute. Service life increased by over 50% compared with ordinary NBR diaphragms, reducing frequent replacement downtime and maintenance costs.
Each finished diaphragm undergoes raw material hardness testing, vulcanization inspection, high-pressure air tightness aging test and dimensional calibration before delivery. Fully meets FURUKAWA OEM production standards with consistent stable batch quality.
