  • This breaker is professionally engineered for 40-70 ton excavators only. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause severe hydraulic system mismatch, leading to a sharp drop in impact efficiency and irreversible damage to internal core structural components.
  • Strictly maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 250-320 L/min during operation. Any deviation will accelerate wear of hydraulic precision parts, destabilize heavy-duty working performance and drastically shorten the breaker's overall service life.
  • Only install original working tools with 180 mm diameter and 750 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will disrupt the stable transmission of high-intensity impact force, greatly increasing the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or sudden on-site failure.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 124 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear industrial-grade professional hearing protection devices throughout the entire construction process to effectively prevent noise-induced hearing damage.
