Additional Notes

  •  Ensure the installation environment is clean and free of impurities. Replace all seals in the seal kit at one time, and apply a thin layer of compatible hydraulic oil to the seals during installation to avoid scratches and damage. During use, regularly check the oil temperature (keep it within 40-60°C), oil leakage, and tool wear. Replace the seal kit and worn parts promptly if aging, damage, or abnormal noise is found.
  • Confirm the carrier equipment (excavator, backhoe loader) is within the 9-15t applicable weight range. Overloading or underpowered equipment will cause the hammer to work abnormally, accelerating the wear of the piston, cylinder, and seals. During operation, avoid long-term continuous impact in the same position, and strictly prohibit empty hammering to protect the internal structure.
  • Store the 1322E seal kit in a cool, dry, dark environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and corrosive substances. Avoid long-term storage to prevent the seal material from aging, hardening, or deforming, which will affect the sealing performance after installation. Before installation, check the seals for cracks, deformation, or damage, and replace the damaged seals immediately.
