  • This seal kit is engineered to fit the core sealing components of the BLT215-2 22-ton class hydraulic breaker (piston cylinder, tool bushing, accumulator end cap), serving as a premium OEM-equivalent replacement part.
  • The material features a three-layer composite structure: the polyurethane sealing lip withstands high-pressure and high-frequency impact loads, the FKM layer provides exceptional high-temperature and chemical resistance, and the metal skeleton ensures dimensional stability during installation and operation, making it ideal for heavy-duty mining and construction applications.
  • The pressure parameters have been validated through field testing on 20t-28t excavators, capable of absorbing peak instantaneous impact pressures of up to 300 bar, meeting the demands of continuous crushing operations in harsh environments.
  • The sealing precision meets ISO international standards, with a leakage rate controlled at ≤0.4 ml/min, effectively preventing hydraulic oil internal leakage that would lead to breaker idle strokes and power loss.
  • The mounting adapter plate must match the original BLT215-2 specifications. For optimal performance and longevity, it is highly recommended to replace the companion dust seal and O-rings during installation, ensuring the integrity of the entire sealing system.
