  • Install the hammer on a clean and flat working surface, and ensure the 115 mm tool is firmly connected without looseness. Conduct daily pre-operation checks on hydraulic pipelines and joints for oil leakage; timely tighten loose parts and replace damaged seals to avoid pressure loss and unstable operation.
  • Avoid dry firing (no-load impact) and long-term continuous operation at the same position to prevent overheating of the hammer body and piston cylinder. Control the impact frequency within the rated range, and stop working immediately to check if abnormal noise or vibration occurs during operation.
  • Although the hammer has no central lubrication design, regularly apply special lubricating oil to the tool connection and moving parts to reduce friction wear. Store the hammer in a dry and ventilated environment when not in use, cover the hydraulic interfaces to prevent dust and impurities from entering, and avoid long-term exposure to harsh outdoor conditions.
