Additional Notes

  • The rated operating pressure is 10-14MPa. Overpressure operation is strictly prohibited, which will directly cause seal cracking, oil leakage and damage to the hydraulic system.
  •  The seal kit is made of PU+PTFE+FKM+NBR composite material, suitable for a wide temperature operating environment of -35℃~220℃. Preheat the hydraulic oil before low-temperature operation to avoid hardening and cracking of the seals.
  • It is compatible with 3-6 ton mini excavators of brands such as Kubota, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Komatsu and John Deere. Check the connection interface size of the breaker before installation to avoid adaptation deviation.
  •  Mini hydraulic breakers are mostly used in dusty/humid scenarios. It is recommended to check the seal status every 300-500 working hours. Replace the dust seal immediately if wear or oil seepage is found to prevent impurities from entering the cylinder block.
  •  This model of breaker is equipped with a blank striking protection structure as standard. Ensure the chisel is fully in contact with the working surface during operation to avoid hard collision between the seals and the piston caused by blank striking, which will result in irreversible damage.
