This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & cup seal assembly is specially developed for KRUPP HM3000 large hydraulic rock breakers. It integrates integral rubber diaphragm, wear-resistant cup leather, auxiliary O-rings and sealing gaskets, fully supporting complete overhaul of breaker accumulator.
Adopted imported reinforced HNBR + FKM fluororubber composite material with high-strength fiber interlayer, the product boasts outstanding nitrogen isolation, oil resistance, high impact fatigue resistance and temperature stability. It effectively solves common failures like nitrogen leakage, accumulator failure, impact power attenuation and abnormal hammer jumping, greatly extending continuous service life of HM3000 breaker under long-time heavy mining & demolition working conditions.

Core diaphragm adopts fiber-reinforced HNBR-FKM composite structure, featuring strong oil corrosion resistance, anti-aging and ultra-high fatigue resistance. Stable elastic performance maintained in -35°C ~ 135°C complex construction temperature environment, resisting frequent high-frequency impact deformation.
All finished products pass 130MPa high-pressure nitrogen sealing fatigue test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and nitrogen inside accumulator, prevent gas-oil mixing leakage, keep stable energy storage capacity, guarantee continuous and uniform impact force of the breaker without power drop.
Contains all sealing consumables required for HM3000 accumulator full maintenance, including main diaphragm, leather cup and all auxiliary small seals. One set meets all repair demands, reduce spare parts matching time and lower machine downtime maintenance cost.
Each finished kit undergoes air tightness test, high-frequency impact fatigue test and high-low temperature aging test before delivery, fully conforming to original equipment sealing standards, stable and reliable long-term operation under severe working conditions.
