Product Overview

This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (seal cup) is specially developed for KRUPP HM600 / HM601 / HM800 hydraulic rock breakers. It serves as the core energy storage sealing component of the breaker accumulator, isolating nitrogen and hydraulic oil perfectly.

Manufactured from imported high-performance HNBR composite rubber with built-in metal reinforcement plate, the diaphragm features outstanding fatigue resistance, high-pressure resistance, oil aging resistance and thermal stability. It effectively solves common failures including nitrogen leakage, insufficient striking force, diaphragm rupture and pressure attenuation, greatly extending the continuous operation life of medium-large KRUPP hydraulic breakers under quarry, demolition and heavy-load mining conditions.
