This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup is customized for KRUPP HM720, HM1000, HM1500 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core energy storage sealing component of breaker nitrogen accumulators, integrating integrated rubber diaphragm and wear-resistant seal cup.
Made of imported high-performance HNBR/FKM fluororubber composite with built-in metal reinforcement core, the product features outstanding high pressure resistance, impact fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil aging resistance and low temperature flexibility. It perfectly replaces original KRUPP OEM diaphragm parts, solves common failures such as nitrogen leakage, insufficient impact force, frequent pressure drop and weak hammer blow, and greatly extends the continuous working life of heavy-duty hydraulic breakers under long-cycle impact working conditions.

Core diaphragm adopts high-performance HNBR+FKM composite rubber with embedded metal reinforcing plate. Superior oil resistance, hydraulic medium corrosion resistance and anti-fatigue performance, stable elastic recovery under -35°C to 125°C wide temperature range, not easy to crack or bulge under long-term nitrogen compression.
All finished products pass 35MPa high-pressure nitrogen air tightness and 100,000 times reciprocating impact fatigue test. Effectively isolate hydraulic oil and nitrogen, eliminate internal gas leakage and pressure loss, maintain stable impact energy and consistent hammer blow frequency of the breaker.
Combines energy storage diaphragm and accumulator sealing cup in one set, complete with matching auxiliary O-rings. One-piece replacement reduces disassembly steps, shortens equipment downtime and lowers overall maintenance cost of construction machinery.
Every diaphragm undergoes dimensional inspection, air tightness aging test and high-frequency impact fatigue test before delivery. Fully meets KRUPP original equipment technical standards, stable and reliable for long-term mine and demolition heavy-load operation.
