This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup repair kit is custom engineered for JSC JSB175 and JSB185 large hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched with 36–50 ton excavators for mining, quarrying and demolition construction. The full set contains standard accumulator diaphragm, reinforced seal cups, auxiliary O-rings and anti-wear backing rings for complete breaker accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported high-strength reinforced FKM fluororubber and thickened fabric-reinforced NBR composite material, the kit delivers outstanding oil resistance, anti-fatigue, tear resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It fully replaces original JSC breaker rubber parts, solves typical faults such as nitrogen leakage, impact power attenuation, accumulator failure and abnormal hammering, and greatly extends the service life of heavy-duty breakers under continuous high-frequency impact operation.

Core diaphragm and seal cup adopt fabric-reinforced fluororubber composite material, with superior hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, anti-aging and ultra-high tear resistance. Stable elastic performance maintained at -40°C ~ 130°C extreme working temperature, no hardening or cracking under long-term high-frequency impact fatigue.
All rubber components pass 26MPa ultra-high pressure nitrogen tightness impact cycle test. Effectively eliminates accumulator nitrogen leakage, avoids breaker power drop, intermittent hammering and weak crushing force, keeps consistent impact energy during continuous heavy-load operation.
Integrates all rubber sealing consumables required for full disassembly and maintenance of JSB175/JSB185 breaker accumulator. One set covers all replacement parts, shortens on-site maintenance downtime and reduces equipment comprehensive operation and maintenance cost.
Each diaphragm and seal cup kit undergoes raw material tensile test, high-low temperature aging test, nitrogen pressure tightness test and fatigue impact test before delivery. All products meet OEM production standards, stable and reliable for long-term mining heavy-duty working conditions.
