This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm (piston cup) is specially developed for MSB MS450 & MS460 hydraulic rock breakers, core energy storage sealing spare parts for medium-sized excavator hammer attachments widely used in construction, mining and demolition works. It serves as an isolation barrier between high-pressure nitrogen chamber and hydraulic oil circuit, fully replacing original MSB OEM diaphragm.
Adopted imported high-performance PPDI polyurethane & modified reinforced NBR composite material, the product features outstanding oil resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-fatigue and high rebound performance. It effectively solves common failure problems like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, impact power attenuation and abnormal hammer noise, greatly extending breaker service life under continuous high-frequency impact heavy-duty operation.

Completely isolates nitrogen and hydraulic oil, eliminates nitrogen leakage and internal pressure loss, keeps stable impact force and consistent hammer efficiency.
