Product Overview

This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup repair kit is specially developed for MITSUI600-LOW / T3-LOW hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched on medium excavator demolition and mining machinery. The set includes dedicated nitrogen isolation diaphragm, wear-resistant piston cup, matching O-rings, gaskets and anti-extrusion backup rings for full breaker accumulator overhaul maintenance.

Adopted imported reinforced NBR and high-performance FKM fluororubber composite material, the kit features outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency impact fatigue resistance, nitrogen tightness and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original MITSUI breaker sealing parts, thoroughly solves common faults such as nitrogen leakage, impact force attenuation, diaphragm tearing and cup aging failure, greatly extending the continuous working life of the breaker under long-time heavy impact operation.
