This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & seal cup repair kit is specially developed for JSC JSB18G hydraulic rock breakers, widely matched to 6–9 ton mini excavators and engineering demolition machinery. The full set includes accumulator diaphragm (leather cup), high-pressure O-rings, gaskets, dust seals and anti-extrusion backup rings for complete breaker accumulator overhaul.
Manufactured with imported modified HNBR and reinforced FKM fluororubber, the kit delivers outstanding high-frequency fatigue resistance, hydraulic oil resistance, wide temperature adaptability and wear resistance. It perfectly replaces original JSC factory diaphragm parts, solves typical failures including nitrogen leakage, impact power attenuation, abnormal breaker vibration and frequent pressure loss, and greatly extends the service life of the breaker under long-time continuous crushing heavy load.

Core diaphragm leather cup adopts reinforced modified HNBR with special vulcanization process, matched with FKM auxiliary sealing pieces and fiber reinforced backup rings. Excellent oil resistance, anti-aging and anti-cracking performance, stable elastic performance under -30°C to 120°C variable temperature construction environment.
All spare parts pass strict 26MPa high-pressure fatigue cycle testing. Effectively isolate nitrogen and hydraulic oil, eliminate internal nitrogen leakage and external oil seepage faults, stabilize breaker impact force output, avoid power drop and intermittent hammering during construction.
Contains all sealing and diaphragm accessories required for full accumulator disassembly and maintenance. One set meets all repair demands, shortens on-site maintenance downtime and reduces equipment overall operation cost.
