This heavy-duty accumulator cup diaphragm (leather cup membrane) is custom engineered for K-OMAC KB1500 and OKB1500 hydraulic rock breakers, the core energy storage sealing component inside breaker nitrogen accumulators. It acts as an isolation barrier between high-pressure nitrogen and hydraulic oil, solving common failures like diaphragm rupture, nitrogen leakage, weak impact force and unstable hammer output.
Manufactured with imported high-strength PU/PPDI polyurethane composite material, the product features ultra-high fatigue resistance, oil resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly matches OEM original diaphragm size, directly replaces factory spare parts, extends breaker service cycle and reduces frequent maintenance downtime under continuous heavy crushing operation.

Core diaphragm adopts premium PPDI polyurethane composite with fiber reinforcement layer. Outstanding hydraulic oil corrosion resistance, anti-aging, high rebound elasticity, stable performance between -30°C and 130°C, no hardening or brittle cracking under long-time high-frequency impact cycles.
All finished diaphragms pass 26.0MPa fatigue burst testing. Thickened flange edge design effectively avoids edge tearing during frequent nitrogen expansion & contraction. Eliminates gas-oil mixing, nitrogen leakage and insufficient striking power, keeps breaker impact energy consistent all day long.
Independent finished cup diaphragm, ready for direct replacement without extra auxiliary gaskets. Simplifies breaker accumulator overhaul steps, shortens on-site repair time and lowers overall equipment operation maintenance cost.
