Additional Notes

  • This breaker is specially designed for 17-29 ton excavators only. Using it on carriers outside this weight range will cause hydraulic system mismatch, resulting in reduced working efficiency and serious damage to internal core components.
  • Strictly maintain the operating pressure at 160-180 bar and oil flow at 120-155 L/min. Any deviation from the specified range will accelerate wear of hydraulic parts, lower impact performance and shorten the service life of the breaker.
  • Only use original working tools with 135 mm diameter and 635 mm working length. Non-standard, modified or counterfeit tools will disrupt impact force transmission, and increase the risk of equipment jamming, breakage or failure during operation.
  • The guaranteed sound power level of the breaker is 121 dB(A). All on-site operators must wear professional hearing protection devices throughout the entire working process to prevent noise-induced hearing impairment.
