This heavy-duty accumulator diaphragm & piston cup is specially developed for INDECO MES7000 and MES8500 hydraulic rock breakers. It is the core sealing component of the breaker nitrogen accumulator, isolating hydraulic oil and high-pressure nitrogen fully.
Manufactured with imported reinforced HNBR & FKM composite rubber, this part delivers outstanding oil resistance, high-frequency fatigue resistance, tear resistance and wide temperature adaptability. It perfectly replaces original INDECO OEM diaphragm and piston cup, solves typical failures including nitrogen leakage, striking force attenuation, unstable impact output and short service life under continuous heavy mining & demolition operations.

Core diaphragm and piston cup adopt imported HNBR-FKM composite rubber with fiber reinforcement layer. It resists hydraulic oil corrosion, high-frequency repeated stretching and aging, maintaining stable elasticity from -35°C to 135°C without hardening, cracking or permanent deformation.
All finished products pass strict 130MPa high-pressure nitrogen sealing test. Effectively blocks nitrogen leakage and hydraulic oil cross-flow inside accumulator, keeps consistent energy storage efficiency, maintains stable striking power and avoids breaker weak impact failure.
One set includes main diaphragm, piston cup and supporting O-rings required for accumulator overhaul. Complete matching accessories simplify on-site maintenance steps, shorten machine downtime and reduce overall equipment operation cost.
